Also, they appeared during the whole "Bierce gets her ring pieces stolen" cutscene, so they didn't collapse along with their nightmare. They got crushed by a crusher, but their eyes were still active, meaning they were still alive. Mascot Mayhem has those infinitely produced Joy Joy Gang members, so we're discounting them. Then there're the Nurses in the lobby, but I'll count them later. Torment Therapy has three Reaper Nurses in the first act, 3 more in the second act, and an infinite supply in the boss battle so we can't count them. The clowns they personally throw up don't count because they're an infinite supply. Aaand there are the 4 Goliath Clowns you personally kill.
The ring barrier tent has one clown for the first time, and two for the second time.
